We should celebrate Women's Day every day.

In a day and age where things move at almost lightning speed, women somehow keep the pace.
They have steered the course for many years, being the pillar of strength for their peers, friends, family, children, husbands, and partners, and for the workforce as well.
Many things we accept as normal, as though they should simply be, that women are supposed to give, nurture, care, love, support. But what a big role this is that we, as women, are playing. It all comes as second nature.
Think for a moment about a bridge, the beams, the structure, everything it encompasses. If the supporting beams are weak or gone, the bridge would most likely collapse.
Being trusted with the supporting role doesn't make you weak; in fact, you are surely made from the strongest fibres. And being the support doesn't mean you cannot lead the way, as many women throughout history have shown.
We handle the pain, the joy, and everything in between, and we come out the other end shining in the sun.
We salute you, beautiful women of South Africa.
Happy Women's Day.
