VASCAFEM OSTEOPOROSIS AWARENESS FUN RUN

The 20th of October marks World Osteporosis Awareness day, in support of this we hosted an event.

The Osteoporosis Awareness Fun Run/Walk 5k was held on the 14th October 2023, sponsored by Vascafem and other local institutions it was a successful event that aimed to raise awareness about the importance of bone health. 

The event provided free body analysis, bone density, blood pressure monitoring, and diabetes tests to the community. 

Through this collaborative effort, the community came together to contribute towards preventing osteoporosis and improving the overall health and wellbeing of its members.
